We ship Australia wide using a combination of courier services depending on the region in which you live or have your order delivered to. We typically use Australia Post, Star track, and Couriers Please.

We offer FREE Australia wide shipping on any order valued $500 and over. 

Bulky goods are packed securely on a pallet and required to be hand unloaded on the delivery end by the receiver upon delivery. Small products such as tapware and accessories are usually delivered via Australia Post parcels.

We have a 30 day returns policy, customers are liable for any return postage or damages incurred during return transit. All bulky goods (products other than tapware and accessories) carry a 25% restocking and must be returned in as new condition in original unmarked packaging - we reserve the right to inspect the products and refuse a return if the item is not fit to resell and restock. Please choose carefully - we are only too happy to help you during the selection process to minimise having to return bulky goods.

Most orders have a standard postage and handling time of between 4-15 working days from the time of ordering to delivery to your door. Please note that this is a guide only, and varies based on the nature of your order and location in Australia. During busy sales periods this time frame may be longer.
